Hi, I'm Makenzie.Â
I'm not a coach, a TikTok guru, or someone with a perfect morning routine.
'm just a woman who got tired of watching women (myself included) do all the right things (the books, the routines, the gratitude journals) and still feel one step behind in their own lives.
So I built this.
Not because I have it all figured out (I don't). But because I know what it feels like when the fog finally lifts. And I've watched enough women have that moment to know it changes everything.
You don't need another 172 hours of podcasts, or to read more self-help books to get there. You already have what it takes. You just need the right tools to see it.

iLN didn't come from a trend. Derrick Barton, founded the Center for Talent Solutions and spent 25 years helping companies around the globe answer one question: "What's most critical to engage you, perform at your best, and stay?"
Companies like GE, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, and McDonald's used the TALENT Drivers tool across 37 countries. It reached millions of employees and generated over a billion dollars in value.
When people finally saw their own drivers clearly, they didn't just perform better. They came alive.
iLN takes that same proven approach out of the office and into your life.
